This Is The One!
I'm still a novice with snus, but very experienced with both cigars and pipe tobacco,so when I experienced the whiskey essence along with the deep, dark natural sweetness of this snus, I see what the hype is all about!Overall high quality in packaging and product is superior, ranking with my top choice in whiskey tobaccos and barrel-aged cigars.Already ordered more.

Consider Taste and Texture
For new loose snus users know that there isn’t much difference in taste between most options, but here are my preferences according to taste: 1) General 2) Roda 3) Islay Whiskey 4) Ettan. General and IW are a bit more complex with their bergamot and whiskey/peat, respectively. (IW reminds me of Copenhagen.) Roda and Ettan have very subtle notes of licorice and chocolate, respectively, but they’re all tobacco forward so very similar. If you like the taste of one you’ll probably like them all. For that reason texture is just as important to me. My preferences there are 1) Roda 2) IW 3) General 4) Ettan. Roda makes the tightest prilla and doesn’t slide in my mouth. IW is similar. General is slightly less moist that Ettan and slides a bit less. When all is said and done I’ll probably stick with Roda and IW. Both have nice textures and aren’t too similar in taste so I’ll have a bit of variety. (By the way, if you’ve never tried portions (pouches) they’re certainly cleaner - they keep the tobacco from sliding - but I don’t care for the texture at all.) Hope this helps!

Great stuff!
Well, to start off I accidentally ordered the Los, when I meant to order the pouches. I decided to give it a go. It is by far the easiest los snus I've tried to make a prilla. It's just sticky enough to stay together and stay put under the lip. Flavor was awesome as always. I'll be ordering this one again (probably in pouches, though.)

Best Snus for Cope lovers
New to the game but I am already loving the change. Los is very intimidating to a noob for sure, but this stuff right here is the best. Especially if you are Cope snuff guy, straight up reminds me of it. Hands down my every day snus. Thanks SnusDirect…Can’t wait to try other flavors in the future.

All Around Awesome
First, the can itself is embossed metal with detailed paint and sealed with a makers label! Once you get it open, the smell of fine whiskey hits you, with the smokey, peaty tobacco adding depth to the smell of Scotch whiskey.
The flavor is exactly the same. Smokey, woodsey, rich earth and peat with the whiskey ever present. A finer grind that's easy to bake and comfortable under the lip. It's a fancy experience that feels like I should be paying way more for such quality.

Get more than you think you'll want
This is perhaps the best whisky snus on the market. Good flavor, stays where it's put, stays together like my grandfolks did. My only qualm is a slight bitter feeling when I've run the can. Now if the manufacturer sold a mini bottle with every can or roll, I would fight anyone that begs to differ. ; )

Interesting Snus!
This is an interesting snus... it reminds me of an open bottle of whisky in an old Scottish farmhouse in the highlands. I think it smells like peat (which I like!) with a hint of smoke. I prefer this as an after dinner/evening snus. Its nice to break out for a special occasion.
The only dislike I have is the consistency, I prefer a more clay like snus similar to Odens extreme or prima fint
